秘制闽南花生汤

写完闽南花生汤的游记以后,我们的馋虫被勾了出来,终于忍不住嘴巴馋,开始琢磨着自己做花生汤喝。外国老爷四处打听,买来还算新鲜的花生米,老爸亲自动手,用开水烫了烫花生,大致十分钟的样子,就开始耐心地去除花生外衣。

小火慢炖了四个小时,终于熬得比厦门黄则和还好吃的花生汤!可以做为饕餮世家的甜品保留节目了!
